Overview
Wu Tao Wisdom – Back to Balance uses beautiful flowing dance movements to stimulate the flow of Qi (life-force energy) in your body. Each of the five core Wu Tao Dances have been modified to support participants to embody and enjoy each of the dances without having to get down on the floor. This program is suitable for all ages 30+. If you have any issues or difficultly with getting down on the floor, this program is for you.
The purpose in doing the Wu Tao dances is to be able to surrender fully into the life force – the vital energy that carries us through life on earth. Our minds give over to our bodies. Our bodies become fully conscious and infused with spirit, and together they become and recognize oneness with all life and the life force energy.
