Overview
This Program is a gentle exercised based wellness program that supports people of all ages from 20+ to improve their health and wellbeing. The purpose in doing the Wu Tao dances is to be able to surrender fully into the life force – the vital energy that carries us through life on earth. Our minds give over to our bodies. Our bodies become fully conscious and infused with spirit, and together they become and recognize oneness with all life and the life force energy.
When Qi is flowing through the body without blockage there are a number of benefits. These include:
- Access to greater amounts of physical and mental energy
- Increased stamina, vitality and strength
- Feeling more balanced and even in emotional responses
- Increased muscle tone, strength and flexibility
- Improved brain to body connection
- Improved cognitive ability
- Increased relaxation

Anyone can learn and dance the Wu Tao Way. The simple gentle yet powerful movements tone and energizes the entire body. You don’t need to know how to dance. Come along and give it ago.When you attend this class, attendees will perform the meridianstretches, dance and embody the five coreWu Tao Dances, and engage in some relaxing meditation to bring peace and balance to your mind, body and soul.
