Overview
Wu Tao Wisdom – Back to Balance uses beautiful flowing dance movements to stimulate the flow of Qi (life-force energy) in your body. This program will provide you with an understanding of Wu Tao and its alignment with the Five Elements (Air, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth) in Traditional Chinese Medicine; experience and embody each of the five core Wu Tao dances as well as practice peace and stillness through meditation.
The five core Wu Tao Dances and activities performed in this program have been modified to support participants to embody and enjoy each of the dances without having to get down on the floor. This program is suitable for all ages. If you have any issues or difficultly with getting on the floor, this program is for you.
